R. E. Cupp Construction was founded in April of 1985 by Randy Cupp, a third generation equipment operator who had worked for his father’s and grandfather’s companies since childhood. It was started with a promise to pay two months equipment rental on three tractors at the end of the first month of business. With two operators, including the owner, the company started its first job, a 20,000 sf. Strip retail center in Denton Texas.  After one year we grew to 10 pieces of equipment, 6 employees, and several satisfied repeat customers. Our mission has always been to build sites on or ahead of schedule, maintain superior quality, and still finish at a competitive price. Our commitment to transparency, fairness, and excellence has kept us in business with some of our first customers for over 30 years. We have built our company with people who take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile. We believe teamwork and communication are fundamental to delivering a satisfactory project.  These principles are the engine that drives R.E.
